Masada Development
is a family-owned business and has a solid reputation
originating in 1959 on the east coast. We first
started building the traditional Colonial and
Cape Cod style homes in Connecticut and New York
State, later expanding to Idaho, Washington,
and Oregon. |

We have now built in Oregon for
over 15 years and specialize in
building the Colonial, Cape Cod,
Ranch, and Rambler style houses,
plus our new Princess, Annabelle,
and Southern Belle styles. These
homes are custom built to your preferences and vary from 1,100 to 2,900 square
feet.

As a small company,
Masada Development has its own workers and uses
the best materials possible. Additionally, our
building process takes only 2 1/2 to 3 months,
so you don’t have to wait forever to move
into your new home. |

The best thing about Masada is the fact
that YOU get to choose what goes into
your home. Our custom-built homes are exactly
that. We want our customers to be thoroughly
satisfied with the location, layout, flooring, appliances,
lighting, colors, etc., which is why YOU
get to customize them for yourself.
First, you can choose to have your home built on your land, or if you need a lot, we can help you find one in the area you prefer.
Also, if you have a floor plan that you want to have built, but don't have a builder to do it, we will be happy to build your floor plan.
Lastly, we do more than just new home construction. We can also do alterations and additions on your current home. Just call us!
